Choose how members can pay
Offer the methods your members already use. Direct Debit suits regular subs, card and Apple Pay suit one-off match fees and shop items. Club Anywhere supports all three, and the money goes straight to the club account.
Set up clear membership tiers
List the memberships you offer and what each costs, for example adult, junior, family or social. Clear tiers make it obvious what each member owes and make reporting simpler for the treasurer.
Move your existing members across
Start from your current list rather than asking everyone to sign up again. When you set up Club Anywhere we help you import your existing members.
Automate renewals and reminders
Schedule renewal invites before the season and reminders after the due date. Automated reminders mean nobody on the committee has to send awkward messages in the group chat.
Track who has paid
A live dashboard showing who has paid and who is due saves the treasurer from reconciling bank statements by hand. Members can check their own payments through the member portal too.
Know your costs
Club Anywhere has no setup fees or contracts. Transaction fees are 1.9% + 20p on the free plan, 1.4% + 20p on the Club plan and 0.9% + 20p on the League plan, and registered clubs and CASCs get a discounted rate.
